'Dereliction // Mirror' installation at Islington Mill

A.R.C. Soundtracks have spent summer creating a new sound and film piece using the 5th floor and semi-derelict attic spaces at Salford's Islington Mill as both inspiration and source material. Focussing on the notion of ruins and their potential for reappropriation, the final piece combines a dense, multi-layered soundworld with disorientating, ritualistic visuals to create an immersive, hypnotic work.

Preview: 23rd October - 7pm for drinks and a tour of the installation, 8.30pm for one hour AV show. RSVP here.

A.R.C. Soundtracks featured on new futuresequence compilation SEQUENCE8

Proud to say that a new track - 'The Pomona Comet' - has been selected to feature on the final futuresequence compilation album 'SEQUENCE8', alongside Dag Rosenqvist, Matthew Collings, Monolyth & Cobalt, an.rost, Petrels and many more. We've been big fans of these comps for some time, so it's an honour to be included. Our track was written earlier this year, after the 'Archive: Volume One' album was released.
